Day 1 - Rio de Janeiro

Check-in to your choice of hotel, which we’ve selected for service, ambience and a great location. Your choice of accommodations

Day 2 - A FreeStyle Day in Rio

Tailor your Rio stay to your own interests; choose one of these carefully planned excursions:
• Ascend by cable car to the summit of Sugar Loaf Mountain, where Rio’s sparkling crescent of beaches come fully into view and the city is spread before you.
• Towering over Rio is the imposing statue of Christ the Redeemer – arms spread, protecting the city below. Ascend 2,400 feet by train to the top of Mt. Corcovado to visit this 100-foot tall landmark and enjoy stunning 360° panoramic views of the city.
Afterward, both tours continue with your choice of a botanical gardens tour, a museum tour or a shopping tour. Meals B

Day 3 - Enjoy Rio!

The day is unplanned. Relax on a beach or explore on your own. Our staff is available with recommendations and optional tours. Meals B

Day 4 - Rio / Iguassu Falls

Fly to Iguassu and transfer to your choice of hotel. Venture through Brazil’s Iguassu National Park, heading down a series of walkways to great vantage points over the main falls on both the Brazilian and Argentine sides. Meals B

Day 5 - Iguassu Falls

Explore the Argentine side of Iguassu at Devil’s Throat, where the cascading waters create thousands of rainbows suspended in mid-air. Visit the upper Argentine falls and then thrill to the exhilarating views of the thundering cascade from below as you venture out by boat. Meals B

Day 6 - Iguassu Falls / Buenos Aires, Argentina

Fly to Buenos Aires and transfer to your choice of hotel in the heart of this vibrant city. Your choice of accommodations – Meals B

Day 7 - Tour Buenos Aires

Your sightseeing includes Plaza de Mayo - the lively hub of the city – Avenida 9 de Julio, known as the world’s widest boulevard, and the Teatro Colon, one of the world’s premier opera houses. The rest of the day is free to explore this friendly city at your own pace. Meals B

Day 8 - Buenos Aires

Enjoy a free day to spend just as you wish in this cosmopolitan, multi-cultural city. Our staff can assists with recommendations for sightseeing, perhaps a Gaucho Fiesta, a boat excursion, a tour to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay – or even a Tango lesson. This evening, you’ll enjoy dinner and a Tango show at El Viejo Almacen. Meals B,D

Day 9 - Buenos Aires

Your tour finishes today. Meals B
