Day 1    
  09:00 Take the Peak Tram from Garden Road to Victoria Peak to view Hong Kong's spectacular skyline. Visit Stanley and enjoy the wide variety of shopping in Stanley Market, and tour historic Murray House. Enjoy lunch at one of the fine cafe-style restaurants on Stanley Main Street.
  15:00 Return to Central and board a tram for Kennedy Town. Visit "Dried Seafood Street" in Sheung Wan, a fascinating neighbourhood featuring traditional shops selling dried seafood and Chinese herbal meidcine.
  16:00 Walk to Queen's Road Central and head east until you reach Cat Street antique market. Visit the nearby Man Mo Temple.
  19:00 Enjoy international cuisine in one of the chic restaurants in SoHo (by the Central-Mid-Levels Escalator).
Day 2    
  10:00 Shop in Tsim Sha Tsui or visit one of the nearby museums covering science, space, art and history.
  12:30 Try a delicious dim sum lunch.
  14:30 Travel by MTR to visit the Flower Market and Bird Garden (Prince Edward station) or the Jade Market (Yau Ma Tei station), or visit the beautiful Chi Lin Nunnery (Diamond Hill station).
  19:30 Dinner at trendy Knutsford Terrance followed by drinks at one of the many nearby bars.
Day 3    
  08:00 Try a tai chi lesson at the Waterfront Promenade, Tsim Sha Tsui (behind the Hong Kong Cultural Centre) and then take the Star Ferry to Cental.
  09:00 Take a ferry to Lamma Island's Yung Shue Wan from Outlying Islands Ferry Pier No. 4 in Central.
  12:30 Enjoy a leisurely two-hour walk over the island to Sok Kwu Wan, followed by a delicious seafood lunch.
  18:00 Return to Hong Kong and enjoy a wonderful dinner in Causeway Bay before shopping in the many department stores, boutiques and market nearby.
  22:00 Head for the bright lights of trendy Lan Kwai Fong for late-night drinks and dancing.
