The equipment in the Fitness Centre is open from 6am to 9pm and includes strength machines, free weights, stationary bicycles (both upright and recumbent) and spinning bicycles, stair steppers and elliptical cross-trainers. Personal trainers are available by appointment to assist with workouts. Each piece of cardiovascular equipment features a personal 13-inch television for entertainment while exercising.
